From 9:00: to 9:30 → Participants reception. If some people is coming the same day, it is convenient to leave some period waiting to all of us.
From 9:30: to 9:50 → Project general situation. Coordinator explains the current situation, what’s been already done, agreements reached in the on line meetings, etc.
From 9:50 to 10:15 →New timetable.

From 12:30 to 13:30 → – Dissemination: actions carried out. Actions to be taken: Work in groups to plan the actions that can be carried out and follow up with those already taken (social networks, regular media, congresses, etc.), according to the application form approved.
From 13:30 to 14:30 → Lunch
From 14:30 to 16:30→ Work in groups. Proposals to improve the already presented Intellectual Outputs: Platform and Guide

Day 2
From 9:00 to 9:30 →Participants reception
From 9:30 to 10:30 → Brief summarize of day before,. Conclusions and questions
From 1030: to 10:45 → Coffee break
From 10:45 to 11:15 → Documentary control report and actions to be taken. Economical aspects (next payments, readjustment, etc.)
From 11:15 to 12:15 → Short presentation of the Valencia Course contents and structure (draft). Needs, doubts, comments, suggestions, etc., about the course
From 12:15 to 13:00 (approx.) → Questions and answers time. Meeting closing
